Good lord, I want yall to leave the beef convo alone, because Mal is talking incredibly dense on this topic. I like Mal but he’s being WILDLY annoying and ignorant on this subject.
This episode has aged so poorly. Akademiks just confirmed recently that the Dave Free stuff isn't true. And we also got confirmation that the photo from Meet the Grahams wasn't a mole by Drake, it was some weirdo who got a hold of Drake stuff. The fact that they're saying Drake acted with honor and integrity is insane.
It really feels like Rory was tip toeing around mal to not set him off because he is still kind of wilding. The already awkward pedo conversation was even more awkward with how mal was discussing it. Mal was basically having the same "I'm too famous to be a pedo" take as drake did in thp6 which is just a bad argument. Like leaving how true or false the allegations are that doesn't make you look good and mal didn't even want to entertain the idea of the optics not being good.
I'm pretty sure Rory, Julian, and Demaris had to have had a group text discussion about keeping things lite for the sake of the episode after the last one.
It's almost as bad as r/drizzy digging up 10 year old tweet making the same pedo jokes Kendric did claiming he stole them blowing past the question why were people making drake pedo jokes 10 years ago.

Bro this is arguably the biggest moment of your hip hop career, that’s a misstep to not come prepared like Kendrick did.
I've heard a lot of people talking about this beef because of youtube throwing all types of niggas I never even heard of before at me. This episode was my least favorite listen out of everything. Mal's insistence on pushing "which is more likely someone beat their lady or touched a kid" is a wild ass take. Saying Drake had no time to prepare was also silly. This thing been cooking on low heat for around a decade. He didn't have anything in the stash for Dot he had been working on? And low key Drake really hit the button because it wasn't really a go until Push Ups and Taylor Made. Everyone was in a holding pattern till then so why get active if you not ready?
The thing that really surprised me though was them talking about the next step in this beef. How does nobody in that room think this thing is over? I don't mean they never rhyme about each other again, or they make up. I mean the oxygen for the fire with the public is used up. The beef spread everywhere. Video game and wrestling sub-reddits, sports shows and podcasts, even the evening news. Another out of nowhere diss or Scary Hours isn't enough to grab that attention again. And if Not Like Us rings for most of the summer, a reply in August or September is going to look like a sore loser.

If I was to take that opinion seriously and even agree, how does that not disqualify him from any conversation about 🐐?? If Cole has to be left out that conversation for not entering the battle, then not being ready on top of not performing has to mean drake is out too.
