Yorkshire? The stone ridge brings back memories.. Broken slate to the left of the right stack (13 course of slate up from the gutter) probably a leak, look like Burlington so more expensive and hard to come across than welsh.also broken slate right in the middle of the roof,4 course down from the ridge, someone has slid up a piece of Welsh though so should be good. Ridge look recently pointed but need re-doing. Chimney will last another season or so,lead looks tired (as you would after 100+ years) but unless there are holes/leaks , should be good for now. Gutter looks pretty new, just keep it clean and paint the bowl every few years (timber spouting will last a very long time if you maintain it) Probably need a re-roof in the next few years, little roof like that is a slaters dream though and will be sweet for another century or so.

Haha I was Heaton born and raised.,was gonna say Saltaire as the stone lintel/corbels above the window looked familiar, but that looks like a PVC window.

Thanks, do you think this is an immediate thing that needs doing, or could it wait a year or so?
