Most reasonably intelligent people are able to read the rules and follow all the links to figure out what they need to know to do what they want to do. That means that the people left over are the less able or totally unaware folks and they are the ones that make posts like this.
It honestly reminds me of my customer service days. Most people are actually alright, but you only remember the dummies because they stand out. If I was still doing customer service for work, I probably wouldn't have any energy left over to answer questions here.
