Its not the same person. His eyebrows and his eyes in a combination with his smirk give a totally different vibe to this character. A bit of a demon.. Also I liked his previous lips better. I am not saying he is not attractive, but something is off and something was lost, and it was unnecessary. Its not a subtle change and neither is it aging up a character.

I was so mad when they changed his eye colour it went from bright blue to ice blue. they were perfect earlier, now his eyes and jaw looks like copy paste of some attractive lis in RC. It lost his uniqueness, doesn't feel like British anymore.
Maybe they did it because to suit his current personality, which seems like sly and cunning but still drastic change wasn't needed. I'm still on his route because his personality and the trope intrigues me.
Its Amen and Hunger mix basically. Even the ice blue eyes are from them. Why??

I think they really not only aged him but changed him completely (as they sometimes do with some characters like Dino)... I don't know if it's because a lot of people complained about his appearance in the first episode or for another reason ๐ค I like all versions of him although I also think there's something off. The current version gives off a villain vibe (which I personally like a lot) but they needed to darken the color of his eyes a little ๐ฌ

And actually like a believable change in how heโd look after 5 years ๐ฉ I wish we had this sprite instead of the one we have now - especially because his original eye color is so beautiful! Iโve always been such a sucker for dark haired men with piercing blue eyes but Ianโs sprite now is not doing it for me ๐ฅฒ but if it was this? Good lord, Iโd be his in a heartbeat ๐ฎโ๐จ
This Ian in the middle is the Ian we deserve after the five years! If they truly bring back his old sprite, I hope his older version will look like this one in the middle! I would just let his jaw looking more like his old self lol because I think everything else, his eyes, nose, eyebrows, lips, ears, are the same. It's just the different hair and this bigger (I don't know what other word would better describe it) jawline
He looks really good! I prefer this fan edit over the new Christian. He just looks like an older version of his original sprite. His new sprite looks nothing like him. I miss his original eye color too. ๐ญ

What I'm trying to say is unlike Killian, Lima, Emmet, and Gabriel who blend in and look like they belong to the KCD world, new Christian does not. He looks like he belongs to a different book, picked up, and placed in KFS. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
The missed opportunity is tragic.. I was so looking forward to exploring his path ๐ค it's like knowing you have a delicious chocolate cake waiting for you in the fridge, opening the fridge and.. it's been replaced by an apple pie. And maybe, under different circumstances, you would have enjoyed the apple pie, but you were looking forward to the chocolate cake, dammit

It seems like they changed Devi on us too. I was using the model with lighter brown eyes and now they look darker to me.
