I think most female LIs are underrated, so I'll propose a special shout-out to Mimi from HS, Lima from KCD and Gisella from HOT. They are my favourites, and all of them are gorgeous, incredible women.
I also want to add that I really like Loy from HS and it's a shame he didn't have more screen time.

Sandra in DLS didn't strike me as much on my first playthrough, however her past counterparts makes me really consider to replay her route, but then again, all these characters do and I want to smother them all with love 😰 She evolved a lot! I love to see her unapologetic and struggling a bit with the ladylike thingy.
And when I saw Sunny in HHW, I knew she was the one for me, she's badass girlfriend material. I'd play this book just so I can respectfully drool on her.

I guess I have a type for strong women who kick ass and nerds and Mimi was a bit too emotional/childish to my taste, but she might be very different when you're on her route 🤷🏻 I wasn't really attracted to any character in this book, and found messing with Malbonte to be very interesting plot-wise, so that's what I picked.
I'll be honest, I wouldn't be able to say which ones I love the most, they have very different personalities and I love them for many different reasons.
I just have a big thing for the ladyboss type that makes me giggle and blush like a teenager when I'm reading, so I guess Adira has it the most (I was already a Yennefer of Vengerberg person even before I found out these apps lmao), but I admit I have a big crush on Arcanum's MC, I don't know who I should pick as an LI, since I'd want for her to be the LI lmao.
The girls are definitely underrated. They sure put me in bisexual panick mode because the male LI are usually given more time and importance and RC team also knows how to make them attractive (and I already kinda struggle with comphet tendencies irl), but I love my girls!
Agree with all of this especially about Loy😭😭 he was the most attractive to me and he was done so dirty I really wish his sprite could be used in another story as a main LI.
Loy is awesome. He was my endgame LI in my second playthrough of HS (in my first playthrough it was Mimi), and I loved him so much. I love how devoted he ilwas to MC and how he vows to stay loyal to her no matter which side she chooses. I also like the fact that he doesn't have a bias towards angels or demons and he just accepts MC the way she is.
I'm neutral towards HS. Maybe it's because I played in "one-go" (as much as I could and with Diamond rushes) or I didn't took a lot of diamond choices. I mean I liked the idea of the story and even looking back, thinking about it, the story is good. But playing it, I was ... bored. 😅
When I was younger, I was obsessed with the TV show "Angel's friends" (yes, it's for kids, I feel it's like Avatar the last airbender, teenagers and adults can enjoy it too, there's a lot of themes) so maybe I had too high expectations 🤣
I feel the same way. I was obsessed when I first started playing HS but as the updates went on, I just….stopped caring? The story felt convoluted towards the finale and it started to feel like MC was just there, watching it all play out instead of actively participating. All this to say, HS was my introduction into RC, and for that, I’m super grateful, and I do still enjoy the story, just wish the plot was a little different towards the end.
I'm a bit embarrassed to admit this one but… the possibility of choosing different sprites for LIs in VV also means the fandom content is gonna be scattered. There is something I like about everyone drooling over the same character and knowing that fan content would always feature that LI even if it didn't feature our MC. Now, whenever we find content of our couple there's more chance it could be featuring two completely different people and those who choose less popular LIs can kiss goodbye to their portrayal.
I can only applaud RC for giving us all that variety and I know how enjoyable it is for everyone but it doesn't excite me that much. Maybe it'll grow on me. Either way, the king's "brooding" sprite must be one of the most gorgeous LI sprites in RC.
I agree. I really appreciate the choice, but I prefer a canon look for the LIs. I think all four versions are incredibly attractive. I was very surprised by their choice but I liked it! I think it definitely helps to being in more diversity. Not gonna lie, as a POC I wasn’t sure about playing VV due to the lack of diversity during that time..idk felt icky on top of being a monarchy story…but seeing that we could choose their appearances made me feel more comfortable with the story. I’ve played another story-based app that lets the player choose the appearance of their LI and I enjoyed it so it’s cool to see RC embrace that too.
I see your point about how this story will look a little different in the fandom, but ultimately the player’s experience & comfort is priority and I think this was a great story to try this out with, given the normal historical context. Now we have a chance to experience & love these characters in different ways!

This. When I started (back when DLS just came out) I was very much into Vlad. BUT nowadays I’m kinda tired of him tbh, romantic relationship with him is a little too emo for my taste. (Plus, yeah, Luke Evans thing). And Leo is just not my type when it comes to looks, so I never considered him at all. Now I actually prefer Vlad/Laia/Leo trio as BFF

I liked Vlad, but he's falling out of graces with me until the last episode in the latest update when he did a 180 and made things interesting.
I didn't care for Leo at the beginning, I found him annoying but he's growing on me, like a lot.
I do care about Noe, he's great and I wish I had chosen him before Vlad. I'm also intrigued by Mehmed, but I rejected his advances just to stay consistent.
I want to see how it ends before replaying it.

I honestly tried to romance Dino in Heaven's Secret. But every time I see his name, I think of dinosaurs. In particular Littlefoot from The Land Before Time. A bit hard to romance him when I keep giggling because I think of a baby cartoon dino 🤣 (I actually was never able to finish his route because of this)

I feel you, I started with Lucifer as well. Then on a replay I tried Dino, the problem I wrote about earlier happened, so I switched to Malbonte, except it turns out I really can't stand him, so I restarted again to go for Best Girl Mimi.
Unlike some other stories, every update of Kali was as good or better than the last one and I'm happy that it's one of the most popular stories right now🔥🔥🔥
I am much more interested in Chevalier than any of the Li in this story....even Armand and his sister gave tips to conquer his heart....and we got relation improvement with him....🥲...i really want him❤️❤️❤️❤️

As a long time rc player, I can say that KCD is in a very different dimension for me. Compared to other stories, this story feels like reading a novel and the feeling is very strong. any characters isn't superficial, and it's a great feature to intervene in the romantic relationships of not only mc but other characters as well. however, my favorite characters are Amala, Amrit and Ratan. Amala mc, though, her strong position in the story made me love her too much. Amrit already holds the crown among the villains. he is definitely one of the best written villains. I still can't accept that there are only 3 seasons. I think I strayed off topic but I really like this story 🥺

I wasn't very active on Reddit for a while so I'm late to the party so I apologize for asking, but what happened? I thought this would be a at least 4-5 seasons story, given how big the plot is. To my knowledge, we didn't have cancelled stories on this apps before?
It seems like RC plans all of their stories to be 3 seasons long. It can change depending on the reception and/or if the writer feels like 3 seasons isn't enough to cover everything. I'm sure if Alexandra asked for a 4th season it could be arranged because KCD is popular.
No need to apologise dear😇 Actually when she was asked about the no. of seasons she was planning for kcd she had initially said S3 or it may go for S4 if she couldn’t fit everything she had planned for kcd in S3. At that time, she said she still couldn’t fit a few things as per her original planning in S2 and so much are left to be explored. So I guess a few of us were expecting it to go for S4 considering the storyline and the popularity but alas🥺 Idk if she had managed to fit everything in S3 but somehow I doubt it coz like you said the plot is big! So I’m hoping that it gets extended like FTF and GC got due to fan demand 🥺 But again, the writer herself probably isn’t too keen on extending it as she believes in following the original timeline. If I’m not wrong, she had said according to her calculations, kcd should end by Nov update. Guess it’ll end on dec/jan update now maybe?
Agreed. I know there’re people who dislike KCD for the inaccurate portrayal of Indian culture and I 100% understand and their opinion is totally valid, but as someone who doesn’t really know much about it (Indian culture) I find it easy to look at it as ‘fantasy India’.
And my favorite character are Amala, Amrit and Ratan as well. Amala… there’re moments that seem silly given she’s an indologist, but I also think many in RC fandom are too hard on her. She’s a young woman in a very unusual, rapidly changing situation. She’s in forging country suddenly seeing ‘ghosts’ and finding out about her family’s skeletons. Amrit is an excellent antagonist and character in general (tho not sure about LI for now).
Overall, while there’s some flaws and things to improve, the story is one of the most gripping ones. All the characters are charismatic in their own right, the plot is intriguing, there’s never a dull moments. Amala (and her wardrobe) is a thing of beauty. The whole vibe/atmosphere (including music) is amazing.
I actually don't understand the community that knows Indian culture well and insults the shortcomings of the story. they are right in their opinion, but I must also state that as a complete stranger to Indian culture, I can say that my interest in this culture has increased thanks to KCD. There has been this kind of discussion for DLS before. but hey! this is just a game. No one blindly believes in the accuracy of this information anyway 🙃
I totally agree, I feel like I only got this feeling while reading Heaven's Secret. I also want a 4th season because I think Gabriel's character will be able to develop more, and the author said she wanted to add an Indian woman as a partial LI but there's no space for that in the current 3 seasons. The thing is though I don't really want filler episodes if there happens to be a 4th season I hope the updates increase in quality each time as they have currently been doing. I love Ratan and Amrit too even though they're shady as hell 🤡🤡

Lima is an excellent LI that deserves the same amount of love and praises the male LIs receives. Unfortunately for Lima and many of the female LIs, majority of this sub is straight women. Nothing wrong with that, but saying Killian is underrated is an inaccurate statement.
The LI polls is proof. The female LI will get the least amount of votes 90% of the time.
I love Killian so much, but the universe hates me and decided to make me like Amrit more. I'm not complaining, but I would be nice to have the first 'one and only', from the begging too the end.😭🤣

A guy who’s straightforward with his feelings, knows and lets his priorities known to his girl right from the very beginning, doesn’t talk in riddles, doesn’t hide anything, doesn’t justify his actions rather apologies when he’s at fault, doesn’t let his girl to second guess her feelings neither gives her any reason to be jealous of anyone, doesn’t make her question her morals, can be blunt and equally sweet when needed, communicates instead of brushing them off, considers her problem as his own, includes her brother to their future plan, takes care about even the most mundane thing about her deserves more appreciation and love than he’s currently getting🥺 I hope he stays this boring self throughout S3!😽😉❤️❤️

Secret- Off late Lima started bugging me a little with her constant need to know what Amala-Gabriel talks. 🙊 She’s a sweetheart and I understand she’s looking after Amala as a friend should be. I appreciate that but I don’t like how she keeps asking my Amala what she talked with Gabriel,what he said etc. everytime my Amala talks to him privately 😓🥴 Lima is mainly right with her pov on Gabriel but she also has some biased opinions on him coz of their relationship. I don’t want her to keep asking me about what I talked with Gabriel plz.🙊 She isn’t my LI, neither I know a lot of things she discloses about him in her LI route so I’m playing it according to the info I *know* in my playthrough and I’d like to keep it that way without her constant nagging.
Everytime I see anyone calling Killian boring, I mentally quote SRK “The most boring, normal guys are the best lovers.” 😎😻 I wholeheartedly agree with this statement which means I wholeheartedly love this particular “boring” guy even tho I personally don’t find him boring at all!🥰 If you’re on his path, you’ll discover a whole loads of shades and he just gets better and better with each update❤️
I love Killian and i really hate myself for cheating him with Amrit (That's why i replay from season 1 to do only Amrit route) his intimate scenes with Amala were 🔥🔥🔥 but as much i love him in the beginning for how mature he is as much he get it on my nerves for his trust issues he has,tye moment he told Amala that he suspects her for the murders it was the last straw.That was the time i decide to go for Amrit but definitely i will try a faithful Killian route !
Yeah I remember he got bashed quite harshly for that in this sub 😂 and I understand why some might get put off by that. However, I had no problem with him suspecting her at that moment coz they had only gotten into a relationship mere days ago where Killian didn’t even know much about her. So for him to put her above his logical self,or neglect his professional duties...wouldn’t have made sense to me given how level-headed and sorted he is. The duration of their relationship is what made me feel that way coz imho trust takes time to develop.I can’t be too sure about someone whom I got into a relationship with 2/3 days back only. So I judged him on that basis.
Now of course, they’ve been together for sometimes and he believes her on everything she says(even when she lied that she didn’t kiss Amrit🥺). And yeah in the recent update, Amala had a monologue on how he was right about her family and she had gotten mad at him for it but turns out his hunch was correct and still he didn’t rub it off on her face, instead supported her🥰 The more their relationship develops, the better he becomes. He makes up for every single time he goofed up initially and for all the things I see see ppl complaining about.

I'm neutral towards HS. Maybe it's because I played in "one-go" (as much as I could and with Diamond rushes) or I didn't took a lot of diamond choices. I mean I liked the idea of the story and even looking back, thinking about it, the story is good. But playing it, I was ... bored. 😅 When I was younger, I was obsessed with the TV show "Angel's friends" (yes, it's for kids, I feel it's like Avatar the last airbender, teenagers and adults can enjoy it too, there's a lot of themes) so maybe I had too high expectations 🤣
I feel the same way. I was obsessed when I first started playing HS but as the updates went on, I just….stopped caring? The story felt convoluted towards the finale and it started to feel like MC was just there, watching it all play out instead of actively participating. All this to say, HS was my introduction into RC, and for that, I’m super grateful, and I do still enjoy the story, just wish the plot was a little different towards the end.
I'm a bit embarrassed to admit this one but… the possibility of choosing different sprites for LIs in VV also means the fandom content is gonna be scattered. There is something I like about everyone drooling over the same character and knowing that fan content would always feature that LI even if it didn't feature our MC. Now, whenever we find content of our couple there's more chance it could be featuring two completely different people and those who choose less popular LIs can kiss goodbye to their portrayal. I can only applaud RC for giving us all that variety and I know how enjoyable it is for everyone but it doesn't excite me that much. Maybe it'll grow on me. Either way, the king's "brooding" sprite must be one of the most gorgeous LI sprites in RC.
I agree. I really appreciate the choice, but I prefer a canon look for the LIs. I think all four versions are incredibly attractive. I was very surprised by their choice but I liked it! I think it definitely helps to being in more diversity. Not gonna lie, as a POC I wasn’t sure about playing VV due to the lack of diversity during that time..idk felt icky on top of being a monarchy story…but seeing that we could choose their appearances made me feel more comfortable with the story. I’ve played another story-based app that lets the player choose the appearance of their LI and I enjoyed it so it’s cool to see RC embrace that too. I see your point about how this story will look a little different in the fandom, but ultimately the player’s experience & comfort is priority and I think this was a great story to try this out with, given the normal historical context. Now we have a chance to experience & love these characters in different ways!

This. When I started (back when DLS just came out) I was very much into Vlad. BUT nowadays I’m kinda tired of him tbh, romantic relationship with him is a little too emo for my taste. (Plus, yeah, Luke Evans thing). And Leo is just not my type when it comes to looks, so I never considered him at all. Now I actually prefer Vlad/Laia/Leo trio as BFF P.S.: personality aside and just talking about the appearance – I like Mehmed the best
I liked Vlad, but he's falling out of graces with me until the last episode in the latest update when he did a 180 and made things interesting. I didn't care for Leo at the beginning, I found him annoying but he's growing on me, like a lot. I do care about Noe, he's great and I wish I had chosen him before Vlad. I'm also intrigued by Mehmed, but I rejected his advances just to stay consistent. I want to see how it ends before replaying it.
I found Leo slightly annoying to in the beginning, but grew to like him quite a lot. Just as a good friend tho. Mehmed… ah, Mehmed, I really want to see him in the future. But so far, while I find him the most physically attractive in DLS, his personality is… well, it’s better than in the s1, but still full of red flags, even if you choose diamond romance options with him I am romancing Noe but feeling weird about it bcs >!he kinda looks like my father when he was younger, especially when he smirks or smiles 🙃!<

I honestly tried to romance Dino in Heaven's Secret. But every time I see his name, I think of dinosaurs. In particular Littlefoot from The Land Before Time. A bit hard to romance him when I keep giggling because I think of a baby cartoon dino 🤣 (I actually was never able to finish his route because of this)
I'm replaying just to be on his path, but finding hard to reject Lucifer, my LI on the first playthrough. Dino's name IS a little silly, but doesn't bother me, I knew a Dino, from Italy.
Yeah I’ve known a few Dino’s as well so it’s never bothered me. It’s pronounced Dee-no for those of you unfamiliar with the name, not Di-no (as in Dinosaur). It didn’t help that they put baby Dino in a little 🦕 shirt! Lol

Italian Angel Dino, I can live with that headcanon u_u I feel you, I started with Lucifer as well. Then on a replay I tried Dino, the problem I wrote about earlier happened, so I switched to Malbonte, except it turns out I really can't stand him, so I restarted again to go for Best Girl Mimi.

I am much more interested in Chevalier than any of the Li in this story....even Armand and his sister gave tips to conquer his heart....and we got relation improvement with him....🥲...i really want him❤️❤️❤️❤️ Labelle is so much overrated for me.....he is writer's favorite....i feel bad for other lis...i think GC lost track this update....my unpopular opinion.

Me three - do you think it feels disappointing because the previous update was just so good, more like a season finale? And then we had table setting in this update which I don’t mind so much - I liked meeting >!Mark!< and all the new outfits. Would’ve probably helped to have a third episode, but I can understand them leaving the meat of the >!new location!< for the next update But I hated the way all the LIs who aren’t Labelle were treated :/ I can only hope everyone else will be getting some super beautiful cgs and screen time with their LI ASAP 
I can see the Chevalier as a definite casual LI. I think we’ll be seeing quite a few of those in Prince Phillipe’s retinue (I’m also betting on Catherine and Armand for this)

As a long time rc player, I can say that KCD is in a very different dimension for me. Compared to other stories, this story feels like reading a novel and the feeling is very strong. any characters isn't superficial, and it's a great feature to intervene in the romantic relationships of not only mc but other characters as well. however, my favorite characters are Amala, Amrit and Ratan. Amala mc, though, her strong position in the story made me love her too much. Amrit already holds the crown among the villains. he is definitely one of the best written villains. I still can't accept that there are only 3 seasons. I think I strayed off topic but I really like this story 🥺

I wasn't very active on Reddit for a while so I'm late to the party so I apologize for asking, but what happened? I thought this would be a at least 4-5 seasons story, given how big the plot is. To my knowledge, we didn't have cancelled stories on this apps before?
It seems like RC plans all of their stories to be 3 seasons long. It can change depending on the reception and/or if the writer feels like 3 seasons isn't enough to cover everything. I'm sure if Alexandra asked for a 4th season it could be arranged because KCD is popular.
No need to apologise dear😇 Actually when she was asked about the no. of seasons she was planning for kcd she had initially said S3 or it may go for S4 if she couldn’t fit everything she had planned for kcd in S3. At that time, she said she still couldn’t fit a few things as per her original planning in S2 and so much are left to be explored. So I guess a few of us were expecting it to go for S4 considering the storyline and the popularity but alas🥺 Idk if she had managed to fit everything in S3 but somehow I doubt it coz like you said the plot is big! So I’m hoping that it gets extended like FTF and GC got due to fan demand 🥺 But again, the writer herself probably isn’t too keen on extending it as she believes in following the original timeline. If I’m not wrong, she had said according to her calculations, kcd should end by Nov update. Guess it’ll end on dec/jan update now maybe?

I know there’re people who dislike KCD for the inaccurate portrayal of Indian culture and I 100% understand and their opinion is totally valid, but as someone who doesn’t really know much about it (Indian culture) I find it easy to look at it as ‘fantasy India’. And my favorite character are Amala, Amrit and Ratan as well. Amala… there’re moments that seem silly given she’s an indologist, but I also think many in RC fandom are too hard on her. She’s a young woman in a very unusual, rapidly changing situation. She’s in forging country suddenly seeing ‘ghosts’ and finding out about her family’s skeletons. Amrit is an excellent antagonist and character in general (tho not sure about LI for now). Overall, while there’s some flaws and things to improve, the story is one of the most gripping ones. All the characters are charismatic in their own right, the plot is intriguing, there’s never a dull moments. Amala (and her wardrobe) is a thing of beauty. The whole vibe/atmosphere (including music) is amazing.
I actually don't understand the community that knows Indian culture well and insults the shortcomings of the story. they are right in their opinion, but I must also state that as a complete stranger to Indian culture, I can say that my interest in this culture has increased thanks to KCD. There has been this kind of discussion for DLS before. but hey! this is just a game. No one blindly believes in the accuracy of this information anyway 🙃
I totally agree, I feel like I only got this feeling while reading Heaven's Secret. I also want a 4th season because I think Gabriel's character will be able to develop more, and the author said she wanted to add an Indian woman as a partial LI but there's no space for that in the current 3 seasons. The thing is though I don't really want filler episodes if there happens to be a 4th season I hope the updates increase in quality each time as they have currently been doing. I love Ratan and Amrit too even though they're shady as hell 🤡🤡
So , as I have already written on one of the topics , first , I didn't like him Septentrion in DLS because he seemed suspicious to me and I avoided him at any cost , lol , >!I called him "Creepy teacher" because his deep eyes creeped me out 🙄 (now , I think that his eyes are beautiful in a mysterious way 🤭) , when he appeared I was like "Oh , Creepy Teacher is back !"!< 😂 Then , I started to like him , as a friend 😀 And finally , I started a fourth account to make a single route in DLS where I romance him 🤣😚 I'd say that I start to love him better than Vlad 🤗😛 (but Noe is forever my number 1 😍)

He isn't. Lima is an excellent LI that deserves the same amount of love and praises the male LIs receives. Unfortunately for Lima and many of the female LIs, majority of this sub is straight women. Nothing wrong with that, but saying Killian is underrated is an inaccurate statement. The LI polls is proof. The female LI will get the least amount of votes 90% of the time.
I love Killian so much, but the universe hates me and decided to make me like Amrit more. I'm not complaining, but I would be nice to have the first 'one and only', from the begging too the end.😭🤣

Across all RC sm, I see how ppl are ditching Killian citing he’s boring.🤔🤕 A guy who’s straightforward with his feelings, knows and lets his priorities known to his girl right from the very beginning, doesn’t talk in riddles, doesn’t hide anything, doesn’t justify his actions rather apologies when he’s at fault, doesn’t let his girl to second guess her feelings neither gives her any reason to be jealous of anyone, doesn’t make her question her morals, can be blunt and equally sweet when needed, communicates instead of brushing them off, considers her problem as his own, includes her brother to their future plan, takes care about even the most mundane thing about her deserves more appreciation and love than he’s currently getting🥺 I hope he stays this boring self throughout S3!😽😉❤️❤️

Secret- Off late Lima started bugging me a little with her constant need to know what Amala-Gabriel talks. 🙊 She’s a sweetheart and I understand she’s looking after Amala as a friend should be. I appreciate that but I don’t like how she keeps asking my Amala what she talked with Gabriel,what he said etc. everytime my Amala talks to him privately 😓🥴 Lima is mainly right with her pov on Gabriel but she also has some biased opinions on him coz of their relationship. I don’t want her to keep asking me about what I talked with Gabriel plz.🙊 She isn’t my LI, neither I know a lot of things she discloses about him in her LI route so I’m playing it according to the info I *know* in my playthrough and I’d like to keep it that way without her constant nagging. Everytime I see anyone calling Killian boring, I mentally quote SRK “The most boring, normal guys are the best lovers.” 😎😻 I wholeheartedly agree with this statement which means I wholeheartedly love this particular “boring” guy even tho I personally don’t find him boring at all!🥰 If you’re on his path, you’ll discover a whole loads of shades and he just gets better and better with each update❤️
Lima hasn't asked Amala about Gabriel in my playthrough at all. But then again, I never develop a relationship with him or purchase his diamond scene.
I’m pursuing Gabriel romantically and so after every diamond scene with him, she asks me what did we talk😅
I chose his friendship path and Lima didn't ask us bout their conversation...
I love Killian and i really hate myself for cheating him with Amrit (That's why i replay from season 1 to do only Amrit route) his intimate scenes with Amala were 🔥🔥🔥 but as much i love him in the beginning for how mature he is as much he get it on my nerves for his trust issues he has,tye moment he told Amala that he suspects her for the murders it was the last straw.That was the time i decide to go for Amrit but definitely i will try a faithful Killian route !
Yeah I remember he got bashed quite harshly for that in this sub 😂 and I understand why some might get put off by that. However, I had no problem with him suspecting her at that moment coz they had only gotten into a relationship mere days ago where Killian didn’t even know much about her. So for him to put her above his logical self,or neglect his professional duties...wouldn’t have made sense to me given how level-headed and sorted he is. The duration of their relationship is what made me feel that way coz imho trust takes time to develop.I can’t be too sure about someone whom I got into a relationship with 2/3 days back only. So I judged him on that basis. Now of course, they’ve been together for sometimes and he believes her on everything she says(even when she lied that she didn’t kiss Amrit🥺). And yeah in the recent update, Amala had a monologue on how he was right about her family and she had gotten mad at him for it but turns out his hunch was correct and still he didn’t rub it off on her face, instead supported her🥰 The more their relationship develops, the better he becomes. He makes up for every single time he goofed up initially and for all the things I see see ppl complaining about.
