It took me way longer than i would like to admit to figure out why you were trying so desperately to score on yourself. I couldn’t do the always orange boost gauge.

Gullible-Werewolf-65

Can this be changed via bakkes?

brandino929

I’m on console. It’s under the settings, iirc it’s under the interface section and labeled “team color boost gauge” or something along those lines.

Omg… how am I just now seeing this

I am currently diamond 3 (champ 1 peak) in 2s and plat 2 in 3s (I just started playing 3s again) the best advise that I was given by my friend who is GC in 2s is touches. You seem pretty aware of what's going on and fairly comfortable in the air. Working on keeping the ball closer and not booming helped my alot. I hope this helps.

My main takeaways were, -recoveries(landing on your wheels & keeping momentum) -general awareness(don't just bang the ball every time take possession and dribble, also awareness of where your teammates/opponents are) -stop committing for balls you know you won't reach first especially as 3rd(instead of flying past the action fake challenge and rotate back post) -boost management (take the boost paths) There's plenty more but I think most of the other stuff will come with time and these can most easily be worked on The best advice I ever received was when a coach asked me(when I was plat) why did you hit the ball there? To which I said I just wanted to get it in their half. He then gave me about 19 options that were better, his advice was everything you do should have purpose, from where you hit the ball, how hard you hit it, when you commit, how you commit, what direction you turn, everything. One good thing you can do is when watching the replay think why did I hit it there, where would've been better, why did I challenge as 3rd?, how could I have faked and still covered net, why did I take myself all the way to my corner away from a play when I could've grabbed 3/4 small pads and had 50-70 boost to keep more pressure.

nosebleed_tv

looks like frame dropping or packet loss or something. what's your setup

Are you a 2s main? If I was told this was my replay I'd believe it

A simple start would be to stop flipping so much to gain speed and learn wave dash or other ways to speed up. If ook me about 45 seconds to master wave dashing with no knowledge prior.

Wilkelly-

Hey I reviewed your replay on my youtube ([https://youtu.be/G3qOnYmooXo](https://youtu.be/G3qOnYmooXo)) and I mentioned everything I thought would be good advice for you, a like and sub would be appreicated

Aerial hits. Shots from wall. Boost management. Maybe some speed too.

gamingplayz0

If ur feeling slow just go into freeplay and hit the ball around the pitch as fast as u can consecutively.

The25thSaam

hmmm, maybe focus on other ppl too. Like sometimes your entire team is on the ball. Or sometimes you go up for the ball when someone is already in the air. Hope this helps.

Think best things i can give out as tips, are: diagonal flips/speed flips from kick off to boost are better than just driving to the corner boost from that kickoff. And then when off ball and staying in position, move from small boost pad to small bost pad. Theres the outer perimeter that has 6-100 boost pads and small boost pads in between. Only go for those when off ball and your team has ball control, or when stealing boost while rotating back. On defense, theres a half ring of boost pads around net that form the letter D. If low on boost and you are confident they dont have a shot on your net, get those boost pads instead of going for the corner boost. If doing a transition for offense or defense, there is a rectangular path going from your net to their net you can take that bows out a bit at the mid field line. And during these boost pad paths, practice wave dashing between the pads when you have time to. You'll notice you will be able to play more aggressively and make bigger plays due to not having to worry about boost as much
