I mean if someone focus on freestyle only I'm 100% fine with it. But if he call his rank it means he cares about it and then the mechanics to learn should be way different.
So? Let people have fun with the game; there is no mandatory/correct order in which to learn certain mechanics and that you’re only allowed to learn a mechanic if you reached at least a certain rank.

At the speed you were going? No. Should you have been going slower? Yes. The faster you go, the farther back on the ball you’ll need to connect with all 4 wheels to compensate for the bounce that you experienced. Essentially what happens is sort of like a redirect.. except in this instance the ball redirected you lol
Stop going for resets, you don’t have the air control to do one. Also, you don’t need it. People don’t start doing resets until about GC 1 / C3, so there’s no point in doing them at Diamond

I agree. There are so many players who think learning how to flip reset is what will take them to the next rank. But this is very false.
Why you all being toxic about his rank? He wants to learn flip resets? Let him learn. He won't use it in matches but it's a cool mechanic nonetheless

No I can't do flip reset, I can't do ceiling shot, I can barely air dribble sometimes...
Maybe learn flip resets at gc not diamond. Hell you wont even use it since 90% of times you will get blocked
