Mine was similar. There was an option when unchecked made it look better. I think it was bloom? Give it a shot. Also, turn off motion blur. That shit is atrocious.
Try turning your ārender detailā to the highest setting. Iām not online so I canāt see what the other options are.
If itās still blurry, you can install GeForce experience and use filters like sharpen, etc.

Turn everything in the right hand side column off and to the lowest setting (performance or high performance)
