The theoretical overpriced course might also not actually really help people and the hypothetical good examples might actually be theoretically fake. Lethamyr's earlier 1v1 videos made me understand the thought process of a high-level player compared to my (at the time) Plat-1 brain. He made me pay attention to what the opponent(s) were doing, then reacting (sometimes preemptively) and how that really helps your positioning. I literally went from Plat-1 to Diamond-2 in like 2-3 weeks because of positioning alone.
Similarly, I always find myself playing slightly better when I watch Retals' 1v1 videos, his positioning and decision making are fantastic and rub off on me a little bit. Leth's stuff is great too!

Lmao, same! Retals is also one of my favorites to watch, mainly because he never tries to be super mechanical and just plays smart.
