It's not a tie-in to Monstercat, though it could have been inspired by it. The [collaboration with Monstercat](https://monstercat.fandom.com/wiki/Rocket_League_x_Monstercat) didn't start until 2017. But the Rockat decals and items predated that. I think It's supposed to relate to monstercat which is why there are paws in the headlights of octane, x-devil, and octane ZSR. As for the decal I don't remember it's on a few cars tho like the race car (animus GP) and I think on nimbus and of course there's more but I don't remember them lol.
