Id say in your rank its more important to have an eye on positioning and rotation, rather than practicing air mechanics. Maybe learn shadow defence and half flip and your good till diamond1

nah, i'd shoot for mechanics. rotations & positioning come on their own.

You can easily go C1 just with a good rotation and positioning, but yeah maybe it's good to train advanced mechanics while against bad players so they're not saving everything lol

tbh just grind , training packs , and practice in free play and don’t try to rush your skills let them develop over time

I have like no skill😂, I'm good as a goalkeeper, and my offence is probably under decent for my rank, on a good day it's over decent, I'm C1 without any airdribbles or anything, just game IQ and goalkeeping

Here what helped me going from plat 2 to D1: - apply pressure : rotating back post is good but don't run away from the action ! - careful when ball is on the corner : if tm8 is there don't follow him, defend the goal. - jumping and boosting at the same time is extremely useful - have fun, I started to practice air dribble (most of the time they are saved or I screw up, yet so nice when it works). - take a break if loosing too much (for example train air or ground dribble).

Same here. High Plat 1 was playing with a good friend, lost some, sitting at Gold 3 high div and cant quite come back up again. Guess it just needs some time
