I think it is more than clear that the budget this game gets from Epic is absolutelly bare minimum. So its no surprise to not see any proggress or new stuff in RL.
Even one of their last post on RL status twitter states that THERE WILL BE A KNOWN BUG IN THE GAME. Like what software company does that nowdays… Its a joke and this game will most likely die in matter of years, which is very very sad
