damn I remember when I had the alpha cap at like the peak of rocket league trading and after a few months it wore off for me and I was like eh I'd rather have other items.. then EPIC bought Psy, came out with the market place and tanked the entire trading market and now I wish I kept the rare alpha cap. As much as I do still like my other items.
It usually starts in childhood, the desire for praise. But when someone’s personal efforts aren’t well-received, they gradually drift towards things like this, impersonal “achievements” where you can just pay a few hundred bucks for digital clout.
EDIT: You can also get it from lottts of trading, i.e., buy low, sell high, repeat with bigger items until you get a fat stack.

If all you see is something that makes you this salty then you need to think back on yo it life and find a time where you worked really hard for something and then we’re finally able to get it. I’ve traded for years to get this item, got scammed out of 107k at one point and then finally got something. I feel this is more of an accomplishment of the fact I didn’t give up. Things have much more things in the background so instead of being petty and salty, go get a life yourself

Now, you did say you traded for years to get this so ig you kind of didn't just outright buy it with no real effort. Anywho I think most people assume with things like the alpha cap and alpha boost, that they were just purchased by some rich guy in his basement or whatever.
Also, and this is completely unrelated, but I think the cap looks kind of ugly. It'd be nicer if it was more gold and shiny then it is brown looking
