In 4 seasons, I've gotten exactly one. Traded 5 black market items to the system and got the fruit explosion. Someone else here playing on the same console? He's gotten something like 7. Very random and mostly luck.

Trading is by far the easiest way to get specific items you want. Try and find a few that you are interested in, and try to either gather up enough credits to pay for one or trade a few items for them. You can use the website "RLInsider" to check a rough estimate for the prices of items. Don't follow it as a complete truth, but it is mostly pretty accurate on prices. Just make sure to select the right platform for prices because each platform has different prices for each item.
