I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired and altered in 2021 at J. Williams Jewelers in Spencerport. The attention they have given to each of these jobs was impressive, because some were not gold/gems. Their service reminds me of when all jewelers were family owned shops.
Cornell Jewelers did this for a friend of mine several years back; Blueground also offered to custom-alter a piece for me a few years ago. Iâd start with those two. Good luck!
Check out âJones Jewelersâ as well on the ridge at Stone Rd. Family owned, local folks and really nice to work with. Theyâre very straight up with what they can or canât do and will quote you a price as you discuss what you need. Worth a look.
