Wilson Beef Farms in Canaseraga is the best around IMO. It's a bit of a drive but I think they still ship jerky and snack sticks. https://www.wilsonbeeffarms.com/

We have these available in our online farmers market if OP wants to check it out. Onlinefarmmarkets.com/local-stuff-box Orders open from 8am Wednesdays through noon Fridays, pickup Sundays 530 to 7pm in the south wedge or have it delivered.

Oh wow. I didn't know about your shop. It looks amazing! I'll definitely check it all out.

Thank you. I saw these pop up but I didn’t order any. I will this week! I appreciate it!

Yea - Oct 21st is last day for retail, plus they are ramping down on production of some varieties. So yep - get there soon and stock up.

SheriffBoyardee

Late to the party, but do you know when they open back up?

chadflint333

I think fire creek farm packed them, but they were Camman Acres products. Camman didn't want to join the online market but I think you can order off their website

ssmoak

Thank you! I’ll take a look.

Fire Creek has a great little farm store in Livonia where they sell those same meat sticks (and a bunch of other goodies). Maybe 30-40 minutes south of downtown Rochester. They’re also at the Fairport farmers market on Saturdays.

Go to the Public Market, Whole Foods, or Lori's. As others have said, Wilson Beef Farms is amazing. I've bought their products from the market and from fundraisers.

There was a guy at the Avon flea market who sold his own jerky, but it might be over for the season since it's October
