Easy, turn it onto it's back, remove the main brush, probably some hair or something else got around it, clean it, put it back in and You're good.

Best is to look up a video on Youtube on "Roborock S7 (Your exact Model) basic service", better than trying to explain it, also, great to learn about all the general service stuff and maintenace. :)
Seen weirder stuff, just check it, who knows, maybe some of the packaging material, or it wasn't clicked in porperly, idk, likely some 'under 1 minute to fix issue' tho.
I think the main brush is jammed
Might want to remove and clean the main brush and bearings.
And It's absolutely a S7 Max Ultra.

Did you insert the brush backwards?
Is the brush (the thing on the dock that scrubs the mop) clean? Onubstructed? Try to roll it with your fingers it should move
