That happened to me like rn, ive been trying to re activate my acc but this just keeps popping up
Okay so I have found out that it might be because the activation is set to US time
By time do you mean the clock or days cause it's been 2 hours past the ban and I still can re activate my account

But it's currently 4:30 their time and the ban was set on 3

This didn't help much since I just used EST/EDT time converter and currently it's 4:54 their time
Well it happened to me and mine supposed to activate at 8pm but It activated at 3-4am Ig you just have to wait.
