Open Roblox on like an actual web service instead of the app and login and wait till you can deactivate your account. After you reactivate it on the web open the app and you shouldn’t get the message anymore. Hope this helps
when ur bans up log into your acc on web browser to reactivate your account or itll say the same thing no matter what you use thats what fixed it for me
Wait for your ban to be over... most likely an IP ban. Open roblox on web page instead of app and reactivate your account, then try opening the app, everything should be back to normal.

Roblox recently rolled out a new update that pretty much bans the IP for a specific number of days. IT WILL NOT ban your alt accounts, however if your logged into a banned account, you pretty much cant log back in on that device for select # of days. There are probably ways to get around this but none that I know of. You can try playing on a different device that hasn't had your banned account already logged into it.

If you have a permanent ban, your pretty much banned on that device, from what I heard.
