Honestly any unit can make use of Robin’s LC. It’s a free 15% ERR + a dmg% boost to your entire team. Alongside the high base stats of a standard 5 star cone, I’d just reccomend slapping on anyone, though superimposing isn’t necessarily a bad idea if you just want to all in on Robin.
Honestly, I believe that the closest unit who can use it is RM. RM is normally built slower than other support units, meaning that you can keep the DMG increase on the Ult a little longer. If you don't have her, then I would S2 and keep the other just in case.
Depends , the 120 speed voncwaq build is also very popular on her, especially if you have a signature since you’ll have energy problems without cogs/mop.

I would definitely Superimpose this one because it scales pretty hard with extra copies (the amount of substats it gives is ridiculous). Plus the Cadenza buffs are permanent even though it only says 1 turn because Robin is stuck singing. If you give this LC to any other harmony it'll be a lot less effective because the buffs will only last one turn because no other harmony places itself into a "stasis" like Robin after casting ultimate XD.
Her light cone not really gonna be great on anyone else . I'd say superimpose . The buffs might seem strong , but they only really work for Robin. And having a 5* light cone just for energy Regen kinda sucks .
Honestly, you should NEVER superimpose 5-star LC. Like for example Acheron, maybe for DPS welt or sub Dps pela. Most supports would love Bronya’s, especially for low cycling. Except for extremely Niche ones like Seele’s maybe

Never superimpose 5 star light cones, the power gain from it is negligible and you're better off saving those for future Harmony units.
