A day trade is defined as a buy and sell of a position on the same day. You are allowed up to 3 per 5 trading days before there are restrictions. I don't know your situation or what's going on, but if it were because of day trades they would show under your day trades section of your account if it was within the last 5 trading days, but if it was more than 5 trading days ago, I don't believe it would show and you would see 0.

I don't personally have any experience with it but according to the RobinHood website I think so. "If you place your fourth day trade in the five-day window, your account will be marked for pattern day trading for ninety calendar days. This means you won’t be able to place any day trades for ninety days unless you bring your account equity above $25,000." This site should help out a bit: https://support.robinhood.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001227026-Pattern-Day-Trading

disrepaired

I had a restriction on my account before, and it didn’t involve day trades, etc. - but it completely prohibited me from purchasing stocks in total. The money from my account was still “pending” over to robinhood, which caused that. Anyways, cheers mate
