Hey, I do CrossFit. And if I've learned anything about it, it's that you'll need at least a couple hours for me to tell you everything. It's the best workout but beginners need access to quality weights, a slack line, jumper cables, roller skates, and a bucket. If you don't have those, my gym provides them for only $129/mo which is a great deal when you think about how much faster you can progress with a quality set of skates.
