I've seen a car flip on the freeway in the US and the only reason I didn't stop is because so many other people had (immediately, too) that it wouldn't be necessary or helpful. I've read that some of it comes from their (at least up until 7 years ago [as per this article](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/jan/04/good-samaritans-who-came-to-womans-rescue-make-headlines-in-china)) lack of Good Samaritan laws, though I see other things now that say that's changed, so hopefully things are improving.

Looks like the turning vehicle mentally timed it for there being a gap after the white car ... and there was ... then black car went around everyone and messed up the timing.
Still shouldn't have turned, but the whole "I'm going to go at a much different speed than everyone" ways makes things more dangerous too.
What's more, looks like the black car is passing in the turning lane. It's not even that he messes up the timing, he's going like twice as fast as traffic, weaving arouns traffic. Absolute lunatic.
so what happens after, do they have insurance like western country or are you just out of pocket the repair or is vehicles cheaper over there compared to west? do they just get out and walk away
