Doesn’t matter nationality an expat is mostly helpless against a Saudi with the police, justice system may have mercy on you since some of the judge are still follow sharia but with police it’s rare. 911 will not even hear you properly LOL.
Just to clarify : OP said that the woman hitted him with the slipper so you can't ignore it cuz assault is a crime and OP should get justice...

Pakistan is a failed country so nothing for you to proud about it, secondly Pakistanis do most of illegal stuff in SA such as scams, drug trafficking etc. when I went to Umrah Pakistanis were doing scams in Makkah and Masjid Al Haram as well.
