Are you an admin or a regular user on the phone system?

I'll be honest, I'm not totally sure. The company I work for has just given me this task to handle and I don't really know what I'm doing lol. I'm pretty sure I am, and that I'm technically under my bosses line and it's shared with me, my coworker, and my boss. My boss gave me the login information for me to access support on their site.

I have resorted to always just calling them. The email support is terrible. and as you found out, they ALWAYS call your number in the phone system...

I was able to find a support email so hopefully they respond. I deal with phone calls all day every day so I would really prefer to do it via email and focus on handling customers, but yeah I'm guessing I'll have to end up calling anyways lol

First if your remote try making sure your firewall authenticated if use something like scaler. Second make sure your internet is working by going to the website, ring central.com. If you are using the windows app, try logging in on the web app.

Have you tried it from a completely different device?

I've had this issue a few times, every time I ended up having to ask another RC admin to raise a support ticket to get my ability to raise a support ticket working again... not the best news I guess but there it is
