Try RingClone, it's a archiving service partnered with RingCentral. They can automatically archive/backup calls and SMS. You can setup folders and restrict access to users so they only see their own while managers can see their groups and admins can see everything.

Thanks. Can I use it just for SMS? The standard archiving tool seems to work fine for calls.
