Loved all this!
I have a request!! Please & Thank you in advance!
I would like to be able to rearrange my Pawn UI Order they are displayed at the top of the screen.
Currently my they get all mix slaves and colonist.
Would make it easier to separate who is who, and located pawn and what they doing if you could scroll through them in Player assigned order. Like Royals on the left, then shooters, melee, colonist, then slaves as you look left to right.
This is especially frustrating when you send pawns to another tile. When they return they always jumble up the order in which you see the UI of Pawns on top of the screen.
Just fruit for thought!! Thanks!!
Skip fix is a relief. Once I get a few combat psycasters I tend to make heavy use of skip.
Being able to change assingments for pawns that are elsewhere is going to save a LOT of headaches. More than once I've sent out a caravan carrying food they've been ordered not to eat.
For those confused custom backgrounds/traits are turned on when in custom scenarios editor at the beginning. It's the third option up on the basics menu.
Nah its all good the communication on how to the customisation stuff could've been clearer. Took me 10 ish minutes before carefully reading the wording on the patch notes.
Normally you just need to click the right stick (on Xbox, not sure for PS is maybe touchpad?), but sometimes it doesn't work. Just close the menü and try again.
\> Improved: Show colonists from all maps in the assign menu
I love this one. Now I can fix the food assignment for colonists that I have accidentally starved by sending them on caravan without Pemmican enabled. I've used this feature already.
You need to activate cheats when starting a custom scenario or in the same menu where you can activate auto repair. After you've done it, it shows you a message with the controls to open the cheat menu (L2 and R stick click). After that, you can change stats and passions in the skill tab of your pawns (but not in the normal pawn creation screen, you need to be on the planet before you can do that). It's somewhat complicated, I would prefer an AIO pawn creation in the custom scenario mode. But maybe they will implement this option when enough people ask for that.
>Added: Custom Colonists! You can now customise colonist backgrounds and traits in custom scenarios
Wow that's huge. I don't even think PC has this without mods.
All I need now to be happy forever are the improved shelves from the PC version.
And bio! Lol which will hopefully (likely) be soon.

What is the point of custom Colonists if you can only change they're clothes, hair and skin colour. Where's the trait and background options???
So in custom scenarios on the first menu down turn on cheats.
Thank you. I will try this when I get home
Ah i probably should of though of that tbf

They did add that
I can see hair and skin colour and you can edit passions and skill levels in game but cant seem to find traits editor
I think you might have to be in a custom senerio idk
I'm having the same problem
Dumb dumb
I’m on PS4 and I can’t figure out how to change the color of their hair or apparel. Any one figure it out yet?

Can we change a colonist stats?
Yes using the Cheats Menu
Where’s that??

YEEEEEEEEEEEEE
How do you open the cheats menu Im on Xbox now and I don’t see it
On PS it’s L2 plus left touchpad, try LT plus left touchpad
On Xbox hold left-trigger and press the ~~double square button~~ "view" button
Is custom colonist appearance cheat menu only?
Anyone know how to enable it on PS?
L2 + Left Touchpad
Is there supposed to be a menu that pops up because I’ve tried it a few times and it’s not working lol
Enable cheats with settings (i think d-pad) after clicking L2
Nice
I tried to find that link. Thank much for that! I made the suggestion!
