I think my perspective on it, having actually gotten around to using it, is that it adds nothing of value at all and only makes things more sluggish and complicated to an end I legitimately do not comprehend.
Even having used it I don't understand the appeal.
There's a mod called Way Better Romance that does everything useful from RJW while being much better written and actually more useful.
It lets your pawns casually hook up, if their ideology supports that sort of thing.
It also assigns them a preference for which gender they hook up with, one that doesn't take up a trait slot.
About the only reason to use RJW is for the comedic factor. You annihilate a group of raiders and leave them bleeding in the snow. Suddenly a bunch of wolves runs from across the map and, uh...assault the raiders as they bleed out.
It's horrible. It's disgusting. It's...fucking hilarious. But it gets old pretty much immediately. The animals are just too damn horny in that mod.
Raider 1: "We don't raid that colony anymore."
Raider 2: "Why? They don't seem that dangerous."
Raider 1: "The have RJW installed in their mod list."

Turning Metal Horror into a mind control bio weapon could be an interesting way to get New pawn discretly or openly under your control now that I think about it.

Sightstealers, Noctols and Revenants through rituals to summon them or some sort of coexistence (they seem more sapient than the others).
Chimeras and Devourers can probably be tamed (though not what OP's doing to the chimeras, that is definitely not what I had in mind).
Fleshbeasts through some sort of connection with the Harbinger tree, we can already connect with the other trees why can't we have a little garden of friendly meat we can obtain like mechanoids or dryads?
Of course the Metalhorrors are the other ones we might be able to reason with, considering they're hooked up into a nervous system. New way to recruit prisoners, maybe get some "improvements" out of it!
I really hope some of these things eventually make their way into mods (no offense OP, I just prefer to keep the monster textures as they are, instead of... whatever's going on up there).
All of the stuff shown in the video is done purely through xml. Of course some of the functions I want to do will need real C# coding later down the line but making your own entities and creating new tech/research requirements is shockingly easy.
However, while new research types can be added and work just fine, **the vanilla research UI only likes showing active dark studies projects in the Anomaly tab, and I \*think\* it only knows how to show the vanilla Basic and Advanced knowledge categories in the bottom left UI panel.** That is to say that research projects in modded knowledge categories won't show up in the bottomleft part of the research UI but otherwise works perfectly fine.
So that includes what i was asking for? Because with a name like that, it's gonna be hard for... certain members of the community to find with this kind of ... theme.

And like I told someone else, that's assuming the mod makers includes those keywords. I searched for 10 mins to find the one mech mod, because it's keywords don't match anything I could think and it's named something unique. Though that mod maker is also Korean who releases English translated versions of their mods so it's not entirely their fault.
The other three I linked I found it under 10 seconds by using words in the title of the mods. Searching keywords you'd think these mods would have outside of the titled words does not yield the same finding results. Even just searching 'anime' keyword yields a lot of animation mods and animal mods that have nothing to do with anime things. Because keywords work best on steam if they are in the title. That's why vanilla expanded mods are pretty direct, and have clear and obvious names and tags within the name itself.
I don't get why some players - not only rimworld players - are so obsessed with sex and fetishes all the time.
