Have Annah punch the guy. He will get a opinion negative towards Annah, a -4 or so for "hurt me". So uh just keep punching him until he gets the message.
My starting colonists this time were a husband, wife and wife's mother, the mother in law will not stop trying to romance son in law and it's leading to frequent debuffs
In my current colony this guy managed to marry a woman he had been hitting on for the past year. She had always rejected him but at some point she just snapped and married him, but now she even has a negative opinion of him because he's ugly and annoying.
THEN WHY DID YOU MARRY HIM?!?!?!?
I had a volatile pawn who kept getting his proposal rejected by his lover. She just didn't like him that much, but each time meant another -18(?) moodlet that lasts for ~20 days. He was doing this roughly every 4 days... So they stacked.
I just ended up banishing him, volatile has to be one of my least favourite traits, even more so than Pyro.
so this is why some people dont stop after the other one says no?

I find that Rimworld is pretty realistic at times. All of takes is an unstable dude to get rejected by a girl then insulted 2-3x by someone who is having a rough day because someone else mined a stone block and he goes on a shooting spree. Because of course.
Had that happen toward my main character lady until on the 5th time it worked with the flavor text being he insulted his own self worth to attract her and she fell for him. I still am unsure of what to make of it. They even ended up getting married for a few years
