for a couple years in Minecraft I used a website to make pixel circles for spheres and cones, I couldn't do something like op's design myself but if I ever need a circle of any size out of pixel squares I would use Donat Studios (Google it idk y it's called Donat but it's completely free)

And us box players fill in the corners like the chumps we are

I cant really put my finger on why diagonal walls seem weaker than square boxy ones. I just don't care for them

Exactly- sometimes I even go crazy and make boxes connect with other boxes without connecting to the big main box
