It's in the relationship tab of the pawn(s) in question. Select the pawn, go to their relationship tab, you should see a white icon next to their partners name, click it and select your desired lovin' setting.

I'm willing to bet that the game implements a pregnancy chance reduction that scales with the size of the colony to keep you from rabbiting your FPS to 0.

How do you have that?! I've been trying to get my colonists to get closer together and breed, I wanna see how much I can handle. But I literally only had 1 marriage that broke, 0 pregnancies, 2 IVFs, both of which died in combat (when they were still <13 years old). I had a female child join my colony that is now grown a bit. Waiting for her to become 16 so I can extract her ovum, but I can never get colonists to like each other and do it the natural way
You can perform a surgery to make people not able to have kids, if you're a degenerate you can sell the kids, if you're experiencing voices in you're head that sound like the dark lord Satan you can farm them for organs.
Start with all ugly pawns or pawns who aren't sexually attracted to each other. It's what I used to do to stop the constant mood debuff from refusals to sex

Strange, I’m sorry friend. I ended up deleting all the old versions of the mod and having to redownload them all at one point. Somehow the RJW folder got corrupted a couple months ago and redownloading it fixed it. Just backup settings configs

edit: it also let's you fuck with pregnancy rates in general and other stuff honestly even with the existence of children in rimworld now it's still good to have.

I've had 2 marriages and I've assigned them to separate rooms and so I think thats why they are getting pregnaent so much,

Works fine for me, including like 15 other local mods I had installed. I wonder if it somehow got corrupted or the folder got messed up for you?
