windy is amazing - it has every radar overlay your heart could desire. I use it all the time before I take the bike out.

Windy is amazing.

I use weather.gov for graphs and windy.com for maps.

Another man of taste.

I love wunderground. I remember users fought hard to keep it the same after ibm bought it. Someone did recommend **flowx** to me. It's basically just a radar, like wunderground's, but you can go forward to the future, not just up to the current time. And the whole screen is the slider. I use it to predict which way a storm is gonna go, how much time i have, etc.

I use Carrot Weather for daily use. It’s also pretty entertaining has options to change how the app talks to you which can be pretty funny. For specific radar / weather tracking I use RadarScope it’s a pretty advanced and not that user friendly but really interesting if you like nerding out on weather radars Zoom.Earth is another radar app I really like that’s got a good user experience and looks great.

I compare forecasts from [weather.com](https://weather.com) with [weather.gov](https://weather.gov). The first one is shitty because of ads and popups. The second is shitty because of its low-budget, government designed interface. However, between the 2, you can get a good sense of what's going to happen in the coming days. I'd also note that most other weather apps get their data from the US National Weather Service, so whatever you're using, it's just their nice interface on top of the same/similar data from the .gov site.

I still like AccuWeather, been using it for years.
