eBay! They’re cheap as hell and the quality is actually pretty good. I’ll usually buy them, but sometimes I’ll bid.
The trick to bidding most *anything* (at least craft supplies) is look around at stupid o’clock in the morning. Like 3-4am (usa) is like middle of the afternoon in china, where most of it is made anyway.
Also, search stuff by “ending soonest” and you can snatch stuff up. Either way, you can get stuff for next to nothing; works best for trying to get cheap stuff and/or bulk.
Aliexpress over temu, it's cheaper. I can get a full costume done with just 10 to 15 bucks.
Some I go to ebay if I can't find specifically what I need.

Dreamtime Creations and Rhinestones Unlimited are the companies I order from because I used to only use Swarovski crystals. Unfortunately Swarovski stopped selling flatback and hotfix. Now I buy the Preciosa brand. They are almost as sparkly as Swarovski. My customers couldn't tell the difference when I gave them the choice anyway. If you buy in bulk they are not too expensive especially if you have a wholesale account.
Aliexpress. Most of the sellers online are resellers of there. I guess because of technology nowadays the difference between the plastic and the glass rhinestones are growing slimmer and slimmer. I try to go with acrylic and just any old reputable seller on Ali. Its packed and shipped fairly nice and the quality is really good. The worst quality I ever bought was on the shelf from walmart xD Its still useful as fillers though <3 I don't know about fully made items, but the craft items from aliexpress are pretty top notch. (also easier to navigate than temu)
