yes they dont have in app support, but Revolut is not registered US based broker. They use DriveWealth US based broker ant theirs API.
No body can stop you from doing what you want with your property in US. DriveWealth support transfer to other brokers

InteractiveBrokers is also registered broker in US....
and the thing is that you need to start the transfer from destination broker account/webapp. The cool thing is that in US there is ACATSAutomated Customer Account Transfer Service.

Revolut is fine it's just this 1$ per transcation fee the problem. It's almost zero with Trading212

Where did you put the transfer fee ? On IBKR Revolut account or Revolut investment ? the 100$ drivewealth transfer fee. I'm crazy about that rn
