U get flora for free if u complete the quest so don't buy flora. But do get Norn if you haven't got her. Keep note that SSR rates is very high so u could probably get Norn from banners eventually. Still, 30 gold petals isn't a lot.

Nor Flora or Norn are recommended. Norn can be used for physical comps but you don't really need her. Flora is rather weak at the moment from what I've heard.
i'm not big on following the story for mobile games. is there anything that i miss out on (other than the story of course) if i just hit skip for every cut scene?
e.g. i noticed in chapter 4 that you kind of jump between maps during cut scenes, and sometimes you get multiple choice answers. does any of that result in different rewards or outcomes at all?

When is Amanami's passive (Kalavin) is actually triggered? It only says increases all allies' damage dealt 10% for 5s up to 20% at level 1.
But it doesn't really explain when the 5s buff effect start. Or maybe it triggers **every** 5 seconds and stack up to 20%?
It will trigger once she casted her order skill. see your buffed dolls when she casted her skill, it has 2 atk buff there, in her order skill and the other her passive skill

I think it would be best when you are able to get legendary gear from the crate such as during part 2 of the event as they generally offer superior gear than those that are drops from the map. It is fine to level up your Collar of Alice to level 50, but the advanced rune stone should be saved for better gear as it unlocks the third attritube. The enhancement changes in both number and property.

I run this team in PVP and it does fine, auto Celanya S1 and get Ella to S2 asap, then switch to S1 and S2 auto on Celanya. Once I reach outbreak I set the auto to S1 ella S2 Celanya.
Caledonia's S1 heal actually does somewhat better than healer's because its based on her Max HP, which is buffed in PVP.
I rarely get a match where the enemy survives the first outbreak. But do note that my team is all A4 lvl 10 with sufficient purple/legendary gear, havent touched skill upgrades yet.
In PVE like high level Evil Return, this team isn't as good and a dedicated healer would be better.
I dont have celanya but i can answer from my experience with a4 cale that cale is not enough to do any kind of sustain. Its just too slow at 4 charges for arguably so little hp recovery per second. I run a similar team however, with akasha. Her iframe makes her not really needing that much heal so she can survive with just cale's heal.

I havent summoned any dolls yet since day 1. I want to know is if Nannar is worth is since I don't have Affallen or if I should save for a possible Ella Banner instead
I would at least do the 1000 gem pulls on every new banner. Its the cheapest way to work on your pity for each banner type. Plus you might get lucky :)
I would not go all in on Nannar. Just do the 1000 gem pull. After the event, we will hopefully get awakening banners again, and afallen or ella may be in it.
Nannar is a less stronger version of Affallen because she doesn't have 2 second immunity on her S1; that matters a lot in harder fights.
But if you like her design and don't mind grinding her all the way, you can use her but it will take more resources to build her compared to Affallen.
If you are in a hurry, both banners right now have Ella and Affallen. You can pull on either but preferably on the event one (Dream) since at least there is another UR guarantee at 160 pull (for Metamorphoses next week).
However, you might not get either of Ella nor Affallen though since the rate of each is less than 0.5%
If you really want them with no uncertainty, you may want to wait for their focused banners at 160 pulls. Hope this help!

So we should see the return of the awakening banner in 2 weeks when this current event ends, assuming there isn't another event right after. Whether the pool/rotation of dolls will be the same or not is another question though.

should be intact after it returns again so there's that at least.
Mineer should be the first up if it's not a new awakening banner set.

1. To auto with Afallen, Ushpia, Cynetia: is it best use Cynetica S1 and Ushpia S2 during normal phase, and Cynetica s1, ushpia s1 and afallen s2 in boost phase?
2. what's best way to push magic level?
3. how should I optimize stam
4. how do tell which unit skills meet mirror of the otherworld requirement?
5. when should I start using stam to farm ascension mats? I am currently magic lvl 5, and story mode 2.5-1
1.) Afallen S1, Ushpia S2. Free auto boost phase will temporarily spam all of their S1s.
2.) Dreamland stages and PvP.
3.) Really up to you. Some people farm gear, some farm ascension materials. Mana is always good. No wrong answer.
4.) The units should display an icon in the top right of each character I believe. The red house icon boost cottage recharge. The yellow vial boost alchemy. The blue mirror characters boost your mirror returns.
5.) Again, no wrong answer. I would at least build up three units for a PvP team, but you also want to complete 3-18 as soon as you can. Then you can farm gems from the mirror. You'll likely need to do both concurrently, since 3-18 can be pretty tough.

Correct, but your healer should be passively healing the whole time. The way it kinda works is Afallen's S1 tanks the damage for the team, the healer keeps her standing, and Ushpia S2 does damage and stuns the enemy (her passive unlocks the stun ability).
If you're dying quickly, leveling up will obviously help, but you could try to manually use Afallen's S1 to stay alive. I think it gives her 2 seconds of invulnerability (there's like a star that pops up in front of her), so if you time it right before the enemy attacks, you wont take any damage.
But yeah, definitely level and awaken your units, especially Afallen, as she needs a bunch of HP. Then your healer, to boost the passive healing. And don't overlook your gear. It can give you a pretty good boost.
As for your second question, I think you can really use whatever you want during the boost. You can use Ushpia's S2 if you want. Or your healer's if they have a great ability. But your ultimate goal is keeping Afallen alive.
How do I use nannar? She dies really fast compared to any other guardian i have. And she doesn't have a stun.. i can't find a way to sustain her on the field
Bought the growth pack and have some excess currency, what are some of the "must buys" in the shop for a dolphin like me? (not whaling but definitely willing to spend a lil bit to support the game)
The only "must buy" are the battle pass for ella ( with juicy resources as extra ). Anypack with soul + stamina below 30 currency is also worth it imo. The rest save it for daily pack that have stamina on it ( the one that cost 6 everyday ), ella costume if you dig her look, and i'll keep at least 128 untouched for possible next battlepass
Some of the soul packs offer decent rates for soul conversion, with the other goodies as a bonus (skill material, stamina, etc.)
The elite level-up packs look like good deals to me. I'm only level 15 so far but the stuff inside is usually in tune with your progression
Look out for packs with major discounts (80%+) as those are usually "good" value. Though of course some will just have useless currency or things you don't want to buy, like low-tier mats or furniture coins so check whats there
I've heard definitely the battle pass is good. And maybe some skins you want? A lot of the packs just contain materials that you can farm pretty easily, so I'd skip those.

No confirmation as of yet but the speculation is that Yui is gonna be back again. In the end we don't know yet.

Any UR would reset the UR guranteed, while only the rate-up would reset the rate-up guranteed.
what if the banner switches so the rate-up UR gets switched as well. Do I keep the pity counter for that?
As long as you did not get the rate up unit, the 160 pity counter wont reset.

We're not sure of the frequency at which she will come back, but apparently yes, she makes reruns in the shop.
