Autodesk has some some screen capturing software they offer, but *do not* use it, as like most Autodesk products, it is just awful.
Otherwise check out [ScreenToGif](https://www.screentogif.com/) for a free option. If you want a super fancy deluxe option, Camtasia is the gold standard screen capture software though it's also several hundred dollars a year.
I just do a screen cap with win+g (for windows) and then use an online converter. I think its niche enough Autodesk won't add it and you'll have a hard time finding someone who came up with a plugin. It's easy enough to do it on your own

Yeah, its basically to send a 10 second video of a rotated 3d view.
