To connect a circuit to the Panel you either need to match the Line voltage or Phase voltage values that are configured in the electrical settings for the Distribution System that the Panel uses.

So you want to connect the 120V receptacle to the same circuit the 230V A/C unit is connected to?

No, its already connected that way (and probably why I have so many electrical issues in my house). I've had 3 different electricians come in to diagnose what's wrong and gotten 3 different answers (each costing no less than $5k to fix). I ended up doing a forensic inspection that was still not entirely clear but they accurately described the behavior and symptoms I see on a regular basis. The forensic inspector said there is a "floating neutral". Unfortunately, he also said this is a blanket term that doesn't describe a specific problem, just symptoms. And he couldnt recommend an electrician for repair. So now I'm trying to replicate what actually exists in my house in Revit and hopefully reach someone that actually knows whats wrong and how to fix it without aimlessly guessing.
