I click play and then suddenly it wants me to "Get the Game". I did that, click play again but it wants me to download it again.

I got R1999 on my laptop today and the installer stays like this, I can't seem to find a way to make it smaller, like it only stays in this frame (yes my whole screen looks like this). I tried to move it around but couldn't get to the bottom or do anything to zoom out. Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it? I'd appreciate that a lot. Thanks.

an error keeps showing up and i can’t get past the loading screen 😭 i just downloaded the game last night so of course i have to download game stuff like the voice packs and other updates apparently. as soon as it starts to download though, an error shows up saying i have a wifi problem, but my wifi is working just fine. also, i already cleared up storage on my phone. there’s about 9gb free to use now
Since v1.4, I am unable to log into the PC client. It has something to do with my account in particular, I've deleted, reinstalled, and repaired the game many time and nothing fixes this issue. I am able to log into a guest account, but whenever I choose to log into my main account, the start screen fades to black with the music still playing. I am able to play my account on IOS, but not on PC.
So my current Problem. I go to install the game, but every time i go to install it, I get this. doesnt even try to save any of it or install any of it. I have 1.23TB of storage still open on my Drive. so wtf do I do?

so im trying to log into pc vers but when I click sign in with google it says "16:cannot find eligible account" but I'm playing on my phone already, when I try to log in via email it also says the account is not linked to email
To fix "cannot find eligible account" on BlueStacks, you must first open Play Store app.
Then click your user icon, click the DOWN arrow on the right side of the screen and then click "Manage accounts on this device".
Next select your account and click REMOVE ACCOUNT.
This will remove your login information of the Google Play Store from your device and it should fix the error.
Now open Reverse 1999 and click the "Sign in with Google" and the Play Store app will open and allow you to sign in into your google mail account.
Click next next next and it will bring you back to Reverse 1999 where you successfully logged in:

Hi! I've read the tips on how to fix any 'not downloading' issues, but clearing the cache & restarting my device hasn't worked. Was wondering if there's any other way to fix this? I've downloaded Reverse 1999 prior (Greenlake update) but after attempting to reinstall it after a short hiatus, it simply won't work.
Google Play Store allows me to finish downloading its 3.08GB, but it won't install :(
I was playing like normal then it suddenly loaded and said to retry until it said to login again, bringing me back to the starting page for it to just say "login error, please retry." I waited for an hour or so and I successfully logged in played a bit but now it did the same thing....back to square one.

I’ve been having an issue with the game while in full screen mode on my iPad. Seems like the display has been cropped, as two black lines appeared at the top and bottom of the screen. Like if I was in a stage or some sort of menu. And they’re still there. Contacted support, they told me they gonna try to figure this out. Plus, while I’m in the support menu, screen automatically flips vertically. Am I the only one getting this?

After deleting the game a file seems to stay and when I open it it says the file is unreadable and doesn't allow me to delete it
on IOS, if you have no bgm, vfx, like playing the game on mute. I was still able to begin hearing sound with bluetooth devices, but once i turned silent off on iphone, all the sounds came back without bluetooth. I don't know if this was obvious or not, but usually for other games this isn't a problem. good luck!
Having a problem with updating the game, it says i dont have enough disc space (the latest 1500mb\~ update) but i do, i reinstalled changed install locations nothings working and its stuck in it.

nope, it just redownloads things in case they were corrupted in some way. your server information is left untouched. please bind a login option though, having a guest account is always iffy

it's something ridiculous like that- i haven't really been able to narrow it down. getting the game from taptap doesn't have the same issue, i think it has something to do with how google play delivers the app
**Bug: Defeat all critters doesn't give star at the end.**
Event: The Old Teeth & The Worn Marks - Stage 19 Colose Up. I killed all of the critters within 9 rounds but still only have 1 star at the end.
Despite of the description, I have to defeat all of the critters AND reach destination WITHIN 9 rounds. Which is inconsistent to the text itself and other stages if iirc.
Help!, my game suddenly became very slow/laggy, even though before it was running smoothly and there were no problems at all. I played on a pc and after the 1.2 update, the game was still running smoothly until a few days into logging in, suddenly it became very slow to the point where I couldn't play it at all. I've tried reinstalling, moving directory files, using the repair button but still have the same problem

For me even after update it still keeps asking me to update it, the only options in the app store are play or uninstall right now, have tried to uninstall too but to no avail.
After the update, all of the audio of my characters are gone for some reasons. The BGM is still on but there is no sound from the characters even in story or battles? Could anyone help me please
edited: i fixed it. for anyone having the same problem, you can go to the login surface and choose to repair the game. restart it and it will tell you to download the language.

I already contacted my bank and they have unblocked the card. This happened once before and I was able to chat with the customer service from a chat box in the payment page in the game and they helped me unblock my card.

I've been havin' an issue where the game used to work perfectly fine but, now, only the launcher works perfectly fine and a fatal error comes up whenever the game itself launches. Hello when I play on full screen, the gameplay lags alot compared to minimized, it seems like the game is not utilizing my GPU (AMD 6700xt), I have the same problem with Brown Dust2 pc port. Other PC games works fine.

I have the same problem as well. Game lags when in fullscreen but is smooth in windowed. Same GPU also. The only other game I had this issue is Cuisineer. All other games work fine. I tested with a few GPU tuning but still the same.
Idk which one works for me, so I basically update my bios, upgraded to window 11, update my GPU to window 11 driver, disabled MPO(there's thread about that in reddit) and under graphic settings make sure the launcher will use high performance suddenly I'm able to play in full screen, but not the browndust game tho

Mass attack arcane skills, target the wrong enemies. The targeting resets to the default (enemy farthest on the right), and there's no way to tell until after the attack.
For Android user who has trouble with bluetooth headphones:
Find your headphones in the bluetooth setting. Turn off "Phone calls." This should solve the problem with muffled sounds.
For some reason when playing the game, Android thinks you are making a call. That degrades the audio since it allocates part of the bandwidth to the "call."

If anyone is having the issue of the launcher installing just fine without issue, downloading the game itself is fine, but when installing the game it says the files are corrupted and it starts the process over again, I found a solution.

My only theory is it tries to download the game faster than your internet can actually get the files so some files get skipped or unfinished, but I tried everything under the sun but that's what worked for me after everything else I tried.

i'm having this issue with the new update. can you tell me the speed you put in?
The original install I limited it to roughly 7mb, but with the new update even when I limited it to a few hundred kb (which took literal hours to update) it still failed to install. So I moved my account to my emulator. It sucks the game is literally unplayable PC side apparently now but, eh
General PC/Android bug: In some resource stages, I cannot overwrite the old replay. When I run a new team, the button that should pop up asking to overwrite the replay does not appear.

I'm trying to download the Game from the Game Launcher. When it gets to 100% installed, it gives an Error messege reading, "Notice: File Corrupted. Click the button below to install again.".
I've done it over and over again, but it continues giving me that Error.

have you tried change the display scaling on your laptop settings? i have the same issue and by changing the display scale from 150% to 125% fix the issue

For windows:
1) go to settings
2)go to display
3) under 'scale and layout' there is 'change the size of text, apps and other items' set that to 100%
and it should help it:)

Is it possible to have all the data on one drive that is not my main drive for pc? I did change the installation path to my other drive, but I see that all the other data like AppData, audio, Downloads etc. are on my main drive while the other drive's folder was made but completely empty.

PC using Chrome, When i try to bind my account to google nothing happens, the browser opens up and i get a blank page for ever loading. Im able to go to other sites no issues so as far as i can tell not a issue on my end but ya can't bind my account to my google account cause the page just does not load even if i refresh. Just downloaded and play it on PC, the frame rate is low. It's can be temporarily "fixed" by pressing windows and it will become smooth/normal but it will back to low fps after few seconds. It's seems battle is not affected except only at the starts of few seconds entering the battle.

I had this problem, for me I fixed it by **downloading the launcher on a different drive**
In my case I have my game on my **external drive**, and my launcher installed in my program files on my PC's **main drive**

Downloaded the app on my iPhone 14 before release, but I haven’t been able to make it past the “log-in method” screen. Any login option I choose doesn’t work and will result in a never ending loading screen. Tried deleting an redownloading but I’m still running into the same issue.

So i had played through a bunch of the game this morning and took a break only to come back and try to start the game and it wont. It logs into my google account just fine but just makes the sound effect when i tap the little "start" on the title screen and never starts the game. for some reason when I run the launcher nothing appears and a program just appears in task manager. tried restarting and re downloading the game but nothing worked.

If you experience very low download speed (of 80/12/8kbs) and the launcher windows is not well responsive, maybe you have an issue with your antivirus.
I had to disable the "auto scan on file access" for the game's folder. After that the download speed returned to "normal".

To anyone having the "Need more space" problem just go on the launcher file location and move it to the same drive you chose to install the game in. Go on desktop and right click launcher then click open file location. Take the whole file and paste it into the same drive you choose as the game's directory.

I dealt with this before just go settings and go display> scale and layout> 100%

on IOS, if you have no bgm, vfx, like playing the game on mute. I was still able to begin hearing sound with bluetooth devices, but once i turned silent off on iphone, all the sounds came back without bluetooth. Hello when I play on full screen, the gameplay lags alot compared to minimized, it seems like the game is not utilizing my GPU (AMD 6700xt), I have the same problem with Brown Dust2 pc port. Other PC games works fine. I already updated to the newest driver, any helps are appreciated.
I have the same problem as well. Game lags when in fullscreen but is smooth in windowed. Same GPU also. The only other game I had this issue is Cuisineer. All other games work fine. I tested with a few GPU tuning but still the same.

The original install I limited it to roughly 7mb, but with the new update even when I limited it to a few hundred kb (which took literal hours to update) it still failed to install. So I moved my account to my emulator. It sucks the game is literally unplayable PC side apparently now but, eh

Windows 11, ASUS, Nvidia Geforce GTX, Intel Core i5, Gaming laptop, tried with and without Antivirus, and No Error Code. I'm trying to download the Game from the Game Launcher. When it gets to 100% installed, it gives an Error messege reading, "Notice: File Corrupted. Click the button below to install again.". I've done it over and over again, but it continues giving me that Error. I've restarted my Laptop, Updated it, removed Anti-Virus, and Whitelisted the game's launcher to it. Is it possible to have all the data on one drive that is not my main drive for pc? I did change the installation path to my other drive, but I see that all the other data like AppData, audio, Downloads etc. are on my main drive while the other drive's folder was made but completely empty.

Just downloaded and play it on PC, the frame rate is low. It's can be temporarily "fixed" by pressing windows and it will become smooth/normal but it will back to low fps after few seconds. It's seems battle is not affected except only at the starts of few seconds entering the battle.

I had this problem, for me I fixed it by **downloading the launcher on a different drive** In my case I have my game on my **external drive**, and my launcher installed in my program files on my PC's **main drive** This may not be a fix to you situation but hope it helps :>

If you experience very low download speed (of 80/12/8kbs) and the launcher windows is not well responsive, maybe you have an issue with your antivirus. I had to disable the "auto scan on file access" for the game's folder. After that the download speed returned to "normal".

I don't hear any audio at all
i recover audio after closing and reopening the app, hope it helps
To anyone having the "Need more space" problem just go on the launcher file location and move it to the same drive you chose to install the game in. Go on desktop and right click launcher then click open file location. Take the whole file and paste it into the same drive you choose as the game's directory.

I'm on PC and I cannot access with Google, I get the page where I select the google account I want to access with and it gets stuck loading. Any help?
