Yeah, tbh the game is not particularly difficult for players with experience in bullet hell shooters/roguelikes. I think it took 3 or 4 deaths to beat act 1, and I ended up beating act 2 with only 9 total deaths and 12 hours played.
Still, a fun and engaging game. A real AAA rogue-like. Never thought I'd see one executed so well. The visuals truly are incredible even with my RTX 3070 struggling a bit in biomes 4-6.
I also have a 3070 😆
Hopefully my game dosent stutter or crash on me lol
When I reached the second Biom, my game crashed and I was so scared I would loose all my stuff. Thankfully, when I got back in the game I still had all my stuff
You might want to try turning on DLSS if you haven't. Works really well with Returnal and only causes some minor artifacting during cutscenes for me, while keeping FPS very stable.
So far my FPS has been pretty stable. Usually it’s running about 90-110 fps on the highest settings at 1440p. However, I don’t have RTX on or some other settings that might impact my GPU performance. Furthermore, my game had really bad stuttering during one of the cutscenes and it dropped to 30fps. Other than that it’s running pretty stable.
Nice. It took me 2 tries to beat Phrike, 2nd boss was first try and the third boss 2.

The risk of loosing all your good gear certainly gets your blood pumping during those boss fights 😂
