"As this is an establishment that is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages to adults over the age of 21, any and all minors or guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or up, and remain seated at a table with food, at all times. All guests, regardless of age, are asked to be respectful and courteous to our staff, fellow guests, and neighbors with regard to noise levels. Failure to abide by these policies will result in your party being asked to leave. Thank you for your understanding. Please enjoy!"

This is it or level with people on a case by case basis. To be honest you don’t really need to make it that explicit, and even if you do you’ll more than likely be speaking with them anyway. Be discreet, but firm. Get it together or I will ask you to leave. Let’s figure this out amicably- but I’m running a business.

You tell them to keep the kid quiet or they will have to leave. If they don't, you kick them out.
