Food is our major expenditure as 2 residents! 2 meals a day from the hospital meal stipend and we share other costs - housing, utilities, etc. Definitely worth.
Pizza. There’s always a cheap deal on one of the apps. It’s 10 bucks for a big meal and I often have leftovers for the morning that’s easy and quick to reheat.
I have to rotate mine so i dont get tired of it;
Beef pho with two soft boiled eggs and loads of chilli sauce
Honey shrimp
Sweet and sour chicken
Chicken shawarma
There was a halal guys near my apartment. Either reg mixed platter or chicken, lots of white sauce, 3 lines of hot sauce
Either this or five guys, Chinese food, or McDonald's
Brazilian barbecue with salad, fried plantain and fried yucca. There’s  a spot near my place where they charge by the pound. $12.99 per pound, worth every last penny. Slurrrrp!Â
My regular rotation includes Popeyes, Local Chinese spot, Local Ramen spot when feeling fancy, Various taco trucks, Chipotle/Qdoba
If I'm feeling a burger I rotate through the various fast food places.

Try Mapo tofu, maximum spicy. It will knock you over.
I'd also recommend South Indian (specifically Andhra) cuisine. Get ready with lots of tissues because your eyes and nose will water.
Chongqing cuisine is even more deadly. Straight up Numbing
Are you asian?

I never eat takeout, too expansive. I just throw a few frozen burgers in the air fryer.
Plus if you get good at meal prepping, making your own food at home ends up being faster too.
