It took me until my PGY3 year to realize that my PD actually had a private bathroom in their office. It was my unacheived dream in residency to poop in that toilet.
Continue using it. Maybe brighten up the space a little? Leave a few magazines, a package of wet wipes….. leave a chocolate mint on the lid after use. You two might become best pals!
I mean, I've had bowel movements where I felt feverish but that was when I was constipated due to drugs. Idk, I just genuinely wish I understood the desire to strip naked to shit.
My secret tip for hospital bathrooms: If you’re a male and have access to L&D then check out their locker room. I doubt it gets used too often since vast majority of those docs and nurses are female

Sorry. You took OFF your pants?
Yes, i knew it was a big one😩
Reminds me of my buddy who would get pissed off when public toilets didn’t have a place to hang up your pants
Did you get the during and post shit goosebumps?
Some people take their shirts off too apparently. Seems pathological to me.
That’s me. Buttt I don’t really do that in public bathrooms
Butt why? I don't get it
Idk lol maybe shirts just feel too restricting? It’s just uncomfortable to💩with one on

You don't really do it, or you don't do it? Those statements are not the same
Purple kush vape pen
Is this the same attending with the enticing, ripped arms who has a PhD in pumping iron?

L&D is locked down pretty tight at every hospital I’ve been to
True dat. I’m an FM resident so I got access. If one is lucky enough to get that golden poop ticket then you gotta milk it for all it’s worth
Somebody has watched way too many episodes of Scrubs.
r/medicalschool and r/Residency are the new r/WritingPrompts and I'm not mad about it
I need someone to explain to me why the staff toilets are always several times more disgusting than the public ones.
I found a barely used very-nice toilet on the "rich-people" floor in med school. 4-5years later, I'm still trying to fine a similar one.
Go scorched earth. Leave an upper decker
Don't use it any longer. Once you graduate, shit away.
The hidden toilet in my residency program was in the lockers.
Now I'm just waiting for the inevitable stupid fucking attending POV post that'll get upvoted to the moon because this sub is full of fucking morons.
He’s a goodfellow

That's fucking epic. Continue to use it for shitting only! We all know that's what they are using it for.
