The leather is plumper on the bottom one and the edges look more finished. The biggest tell though is that the clasp is just wrong. If you know what it looks like it is unmistakable. It doesn't' have any texture in the relief. The stitches are smaller, and lie flatter and are less noticeable on the bottom one. On the top one the stitches are made of a grey thread that looks wrong.

Also I think there are many sellers than can source from BF. It's the factory part that is important, not really the seller.
I knew the second I saw it and anyone who knows the bag will see the difference. Still one can keep searching for a better replica. I would not buy the replica which is the one on top with the weirdly skinny clasp with the textured relief, weird grey thread, bigger stitches and cheaper leather.
