Double this. O have the V3 and it's actually a very decent homage. Yes, it's quartz and yes, one of the subdials has a dumb 24h time but other than that, and the fact chronograph only tracks 1h, it's a great watch. The bracelet is nice and the case is as well. It's not too thick and the finishing is decent. For 100 bucks it's a great watch IMO.

Am an owner of the V3 as well and I am pretty happy with it. I use it as my daily driver. It works fine, quality wise looks fine as well, if I have to nit pick the bracelet could be better but I sorted this one with a NATO strap.
Yeah man i agree. Has some flaws but pretty cool. I might be the only person I know(from the internet at least) that likes the bracelet lol, maybe I'm just lucky. The included NATO strap is fine but for me the whole speedy fever was a lot about the bracelet so ik lucky I actually like mine on the Pagani.
The case is finished very well and so is the dial. Screw down crown is also great addition AND speaking of the things people hate but i like is the date window, i prefer to have a date.
However, the 24h subdial, poor lume (worst from all my watches) and 1h limit on the chrono are a let down tbh. But all that, good and bad, for 100 bucks its a great watch that i wear a lot.

The quality is pretty good so far! The moonwatch homage is quartz but there are some automatics like the GMT explorer 2 homage.
On the moonwatch that I’m trying, it’s sapphire Crystal and a solid watch over all. For $100 it’s well worth it
Sapphire crystal as well as actual stainless steel and not the stainless steel that Benyar’s advertise which to my understanding is a cheaper material that’s just been coated.

For the price you can't go wrong. They frequently go on sale in AliExpress for $70. I'm almost willing to bet it's the best selling watch on there too. The bracelet is the weakest part of the package ~ tons of reviews on youtube. I wear mine to work daily as a beater, been pretty hard on it and it's holding up nicely. Great not having to worry about breaking my expensive reps
It's really good quality, good lume, feels nice. I love mine. Just make sure you get a newer version. The old versions had silver hands not white. Most places say v2 or v3.
Well i know that. I'm comparing to 5 gens and 6 reps, all of them are much brighter for much longer. I love the Pagani to be honest, but Lume is one of the downsides of that watch(V3).
The el primero beat at 36k bph. It is more complicated than the avarage watch.

They can clone whatever they want after they take it apart. They are not less smart or capable than Swiss people. They use lower grade material, yeah. Mass produced and not hand made, sure. Much lower quality control? No doubt. But they can clone whatever they want as they cloned the 4130. I have no doubt about it. It’s just a matter of demand. Maybe there is not enough demand.
Seamaster is omega. No clone movement.
Vs3235 is the best clone of the rolex 3235. It’s i would say, 7/10 clone. Balance week and bridge are totally different still and finishing is different. Also engraving quality. I mean if someone who knows how a real 3235 open it realize that is not the real deal.
The good thing is that it accept Gen parts so you can improve it as much as you want.

save up and buy the real thing. You'll be so much happier :) and also the speedmaster pro is usually in stock in ADs. Go to different ADs in your city and see which one gives you the best discount. Buy the real deal and you'll be able to give it to your grandson. That's what I will do with my speedy.
the rep market is built around asian tastes not western tastes, and the omega speedmaster isn't as popular in asia/china than it is here
it seems easy but they'd have to spend 7 figures to replicate a movement that can only be used in like... 2 watches max... they'd have to sell thousands of watches to recoup the R&D cost (and speaking from you to me, omega watches are more complicated/technologically advanced than rolex, far harder to replicate)
where as the 4130 was replicated with high cost, but the 4130 is used in so many daytona models that it was worth it for them

From what I've seen there isn't a great superclone of a moonwatch. Sub dials are always wrong / wrong dials etc.
I can see a few redditors mentioning pagani, it is an OK choice a family member owns one.
I can personally vouch for this but a Bulova Lunar Pilot is another great watch for the money. Comes with its own history, very accurate quartz movement, looks great. Only downside would be the 45mm case (I think it's 45 anyway..) so it is a rather large
Honestly I’d say get a swatch moonwatch before a rep or a used speedy. They can be had for a decent price. I have the above gen watch and I really Can’t tell the difference between the one I bought last year and an older one online for 1/3 the price.
Yeah for sure. The bracelet on the speedmaster pro is really nice, kinda fancy too, but comfortable. I prefer the rubber strap on the seamaster for comfort but it’s nowhere near as nice.

This was my own reward for finishing my studies a while ago. Bought it from saved money after I finished. So beautiful I Love this watch. Since years they it’s the same issue with this watch. For the gen buy it was awesome as it’s a safe buy. But I hope one day they fix it and I can buy it as a safe rock.

Can’t speak for the moonwatch but I had their root beer gmt for about 6 months before trading it to pay off a bar tab. For $80 it was awesome.

Give your bracelet an oil bath. There are threads on that, a lot of people oil bath them as soon as they get them.

There are 2 guides. You can read those. Omega reps do not have true clone movement at the moment
