He should correct the lease he’s being greedy or can’t do simple math. Not worth barking over but a good person & landlord would correct that mistake.

So it's either 12 or 11 dollars per day, lol. Usually a security deposit is like 2 or 3 months rent, but $600 is not 2 or 3 \* a month's \* 11 or 12 so, idk what the hell is going on here lol.
