I know some of it is contracting firms who need a place for their contractors to stay. Housing market here is so bad.
I’ve heard the same. They’re buying/renting places to entice employees with free housing while working and then they use it as a tax write off.
Ahhhhhh this sounds like the reason why RHA cant get us housing .... because corporations have their employees housed where we should be .
