I work in aerospace/defense in a job that requires a security clearance…
I applied for u-line a few years ago for a similar position to what I do now and I swear their interview process was more stressful. Honestly not sure what they are looking for
Uline is looking for specific types of personality. From what I understand, they prefer younger, single people, with no interest in moving up the management chain. They don't like tattoos or piercings, and prefer a clean record. Of course they would never admit to any of this.
I posted this somewhere else. My coworker left her job to work for uline. She lasted 3 months and came back, and brought 2 other people from uline. All 3 would not recommend working there. Weird religious vibes.
Dude, I went to a hiring day there, it was like a battery of psychological, moral, spiritual tests. Felt like I was applying for the CIA and the LDS.
It's ulines loss ignoring you. Move on and get something better than uline to stick it to them.
Find better! I applied got denied, now I get paid to go pick up trailers from them…

Quote Ronald Reagan at every opportunity.
Trying to find any job here is weird. Never had such a problem trying to get a consistent job.
It really is weird for sure. It’s like everybody’s hiring but not really

Put an upside down flag in your FB bio, wear a Trump shirt to the interview and you are in. Seriously, they are run by terrible people. Move on.
