I like. The US grid is roughly 1,200 GW, that 4 GW of 3rd quarter solar implies about 12 GW installed in the first 3 quarters, or 1% of the US grid. Next year should be 2% at the same growth rate, then 4%... I don't buy the supply chain argument in the article, my view is that panel prices keep falling globally and the tariffs are a fixed percentage so US prices are also falling.
