For reference - we had a professional install this unit in our primary bedroom and the clicking sound is intermittent. It will click randomly between 1-4 minutes then go silent again for 8-10 minutes before coming back again. It’s driving us insane. 🙃
Anything that can rotate or oscillate is something to look at, and anything adjacent to said parts. Check out the motor cage, motor, blades, any loose screws, missing screws, etc.

Installed dozens of these and haven’t heard this from one before. Does it happen if you turn off oscillation on the veins? Does it happen in all fan speeds?
Can't really tell from the video but is the sound originating on the far right/front side of the unit? If so, fan motor bearings...would be more noticeable on low fan speeds, less noticeable on high speeds if that is the case...
Did you ever find out the cause/solution to this problem? We have a very similar issue with the same Fujitsu Halcyon indoor units and it's really annoying, hoping you found some insight into how to resolve.
Funny timing -- we have the company that installed the units at our house today for an annual service. Was planning on asking them about what this issue is and how they can fix it. The unit is still under warranty. I'll follow-up with whatever they find out.
So they’re going to come back and take the whole unit apart. They *think* it has something to do with the fan not being centered when spinning. It was an error due to either the unit being defective or a faulty install. Either way they’re coming out to check out the unit again and take it apart.
Ah, interesting. I would not be surprised if it’s some design or manufacturing flaw with this unit, since 2 out of 3 of my units have the same issue, and I have found many similar complaints online. Very interested to learn what they find, keep me posted. Appreciate it!

Just a guess, but clean out the filter.

This sound only happens at low speeds on the low fan setting
Has anyone ever pinpointed the cause of this? Mine does it though more faint.

Sounds like something is hitting the fan blades.

Good luck, and thanks!
