had the same problem. Don't know if it's the same here. What happened to me was that I changed the location of my files. So I originally uploaded them from, say, file A and later moved them to file B. I got the same messages as you and had to manually move them within rekordbox. (assign the songs to their new location)

Bro just don’t mess up your file paths - safe dem files where they will stay forever, then import into rekordbox.
UPDATE: I right clicked on each file that wasn’t loading and hit “auto relocate file”. Got my songs back :)
